How to Use This Template:

  1. Focus: Define your primary goal for the week. Are you looking to build strength, improve endurance, increase flexibility, or lose weight? Focusing on one area helps you tailor your workouts and nutrition.
  2. Target Metrics: Track your progress towards your goals. This could include weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, or specific performance metrics like running time or weights lifted.
  3. Daily Workout Schedule: Outline your workout plan for each day of the week. Specify the type of workout (e.g., strength training, cardio, HIIT), the specific exercises you'll be doing, the duration, and any notes or modifications. Use the "@Completed" checkbox to track your daily progress.
