Can one app really replace your entire productivity stack?

Version 3.19.3 builds on the previous updates with a clearer Spaces experience, new import options on both macOS and iOS, and another two fully translated languages. We’ve also made a number of fixes and small improvements across the app.
We renamed Teamspaces to Spaces, which better reflects how people actually use them:
The login and onboarding flow has been simplified, and the context menu now includes Copy Web Link, which opens a read-only version of your Space behind a login.

Only existing members can access it after verifying their email with a one-time password. The page is responsive and works well on mobile, making it easy for users who only need to browse or search notes without installing the app.
When you invite someone new to your Space, the email now includes links to the native apps, the web app, and the read-only view (also behind a login).

You can see daily notes from your spaces now also inside your private notes at the top in the references. So you don't need to switch between different daily notes anymore.
This update expands import tools across platforms:
The import interface on iPad has been updated, and the Settings icons on iOS have been refreshed.
On Mac Apple Notes and Things 3 is imported using the existing Apple Script support, so you don't need to select any files, it just pulls the data out after asking for permission. However, not 100% of the data is supported. For Things 3 the headings inside projects are not available, and no checklists (unfortunately). The Apple Notes interface doesn't support file attachments (but images work).
We added full Portuguese, and French support across the app.
This release focuses on refining the NotePlan experience, improving accessibility, and adding full Spanish language support. It also includes many small fixes across macOS and iOS that make the app more stable and polished overall.
