Version 3.19.3 builds on the previous updates with a clearer Spaces experience, new import options on both macOS and iOS, and another fully translated language. We’ve also made a number of fixes and small improvements across the app.
Spaces
We renamed Teamspaces to Spaces, which better reflects how people actually use them:
- Spaces for your team
- Spaces shared with family members
- Spaces to separate work and personal notes
- Spaces to sync across different Apple IDs on your devices
The login and onboarding flow has been simplified, and the context menu now includes Copy Web Link, which opens a read-only version of your Space behind a login.

Only existing members can access it after verifying their email with a one-time password. The page is responsive and works well on mobile, making it easy for users who only need to browse or search notes without installing the app.
When you invite someone new to your Space, the email now includes links to the native apps, the web app, and the read-only view (also behind a login).

Importing Notes (Mac & iOS)
This update expands import tools across platforms:
- Mac: Added support for Evernote and Apple Notes imports.
- iOS: Importing notes is now available for the first time. You can import Markdown files, Obsidian folders, and Evernote files from Settings → Import Notes.
The import interface on iPad has been updated, and the Settings icons on iOS have been refreshed.
Portuguese Translation
We added full Portuguese support across the app.
