This is the one. After trying 30+ different note apps, it became clear that NotePlan is “the one.” It checks nearly every box — more than any other for my use case. Really hope the developers will make an Apple Watch companion app, add Shortcuts integration, and most importantly allow users to choose alternative API endpoints for the AI features.
