NotePlan 3.21.3 adds Siri AI support, smarter folder views, and more reliable Apple Reminders, alongside sync and editor improvements.

Siri AI Support

Ask the new AI-powered Siri to find a note, then ask about the details inside it. For example:

“Find my Website Relaunch note in NotePlan.”
“When is the launch?”

Siri retrieves the launch date from the note and links back to NotePlan.

Tip: After updating, open NotePlan and allow a few minutes for your notes to become discoverable. Requires the new AI-powered Siri to be available and enabled on your device.

Apple Reminders

• Send multiple selected tasks to Reminders at once.
• Move a linked task to another daily note and its reminder follows the date, keeping its time.
• Undo and redo reminder creation, with more reliable completion, time, and priority updates.

Folder Views & Properties

Group notes and tasks in regular folders by day, week, month, quarter, or year using scheduled dates, creation or edit dates, or date properties. For example, organize meeting notes by month or project tasks by week.

Saved views retain their settings, and hashtags and @mentions in properties are now clickable.

Fixes & Improvements

• More reliable sync, including shared spaces, and better saving of drawings and recent edits on iPhone and iPad.
• Restoring a note version also recovers its linked attachments from the trash when available.
• Fixed unchanged tables overwriting external edits, task formatting when moving tasks, and time blocks ending at midnight.
• Improved iOS 27 and macOS 27 compatibility, with fixes for editor, timeline, and custom-theme issues.
• New plugin APIs for recurring calendar events, plus fixes for async calls and date values.
