When your license is not accepted

If you purchased through the website you should receive an email with the license code to activate NotePlan from the Trial version.

If your license is not getting accepted, check the following:

  1. Do you have an internet connection at the time of activation? Please also check if there is no other app blocking NotePlan from accessing the internet. To activate the license NotePlan needs to get in touch with our license server once.
  2. Did you use your license on multiple MacBooks and iMacs? There is a limit to how many times you can activate a license code. Un-register on some machines where you don't use NotePlan. If you really use so many machines contact us (hello@noteplan.co).
  3. If the above points are taken care of, contact us (hello@noteplan.co) and we will help you out.
